In the comments for the YouTube video above, Razed also says that once the NaturalVision Evolved project is finished " I will release it on in the future for everyone." The creator added that " The mod actually looks better in-game than it does in this trailer," because the video above was made " during early development of the mod," and due to " issues with the Rockstar Editor" it was unable to fully capture the weather effects on display.
Although the mod is still in production, anyone who wishes to try it out for themselves can do so by becoming a member of Razed's Patreon, which allows for early access to any mods the creator makes.
